The registration form will be filled by all the participants (those who pay online, and those who pay by transfer or homebanking).

The detail line will say: "W-SIVA CONGRESS 2017 + participant name". All transfer fees will be suported by the participant. Payed fees are nonrefundable.

If you require an invoice for the company (SRL, CMI, PFA, PFI etc.) please send an email to bianca.sas@palomatours.com with your company details (date de facturare) after you have completed the payment. Please send it in maximum 3 days.
